Dispatch is in the building 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call representatives are in the building Monday-Saturday.

 Ride N Safe has drivers on the road seven days a week, 4:00 am-midnight.

Can someone ride along during transport?

Yes! Room for one family member or caregiver is available at no extra charge.

No. Currently, we are private pay only.

We ask that you set up transportation 24-48 hours in advance to ensure we can accommodate your requested time. We occasionally have room for same-day transports but tend to get booked quickly.

What area do you cover?

Ride N Safe covers 22 counties across North and Central Texas and can easily cross county lines when transporting patients.

 Counties covered: Bell, Bosque, Brown, Collin, Comanche, Coryell, Dallas, Denton,Ellis, Erath, Falls, Hamilton, Hill, Hood, Johnson, Limestone, McLennan, Palo Pinto, Parker, Somervell, Tarrant, and Wise.

Yes! Every Ride N Safe van has oxygen tanks for those requiring oxygen during transit.

Can you accomodate Bariatrics patients?

Yes. We can accommodate passengers up to 450 lbs.

My family member lives out of state. Can you transport them here?

Yes! We offer long-distance transport. Call to speak with an account representative today.

Will you help with bed-bound patients?

Yes. Ride N Safe is a door-to-door or bed-to-bed service. What that means for you; we will greet each client at the door and assist them in getting situated. Then get them out the door and loaded into the van. Upon arrival, we will assist in getting them inside to their destination.
